Grade 8 Mentoring Evening
Grade 8 students will present their mentoring projects to an audience of parents and mentors. Everyone is welcome to hear these young people speak about what they have learned from their experiences working with experts in our community.

Spring Benefit Auction Evening
“A Night in Venice” featuring live and silent auctions, raffle tickets for a trip for two to Hawaii, delicious food and desserts, lively entertainment and a no-host bar. This is the EWS adult evening event of the year! Bring your friends and join the fun! 6-10pm in the Vet’s Club Ballroom at 1626 Willamette Street in Eugene.

A timeless tragedy of star-crossed lovers, performed by our 8th grade students. All are welcome, the first half before the intermission is appropriate for all ages. The second half is tragic, and parental guidance is suggested.

Grade 8 Graduation
Join us for a memorable morning as the eighth grade students celebrate their graduation. They each give a graduation speech and receive their diplomas. This is a poignant day that affirms the breadth of a Waldorf education.

Wildberry Summer Camp
Celebrate the solstice in our fun filled week long summer camp. We will create flower mandalas, potted portable gardens, feed the wildlife and more. Each day we will welcome the sun with simple ritual and sharing of stories. There will be water play, crafting and planting. We will explore nature through walks, and discovering the garden around us campers will learn to care for and examine plants from veggies to flowers. We will even make strawberry jam!
Taught by Eugene Waldorf School Handwork teachers Karen Tyler and Karen Clarke for children in Grades 1–5 (Ages 6–11).

The magic of a Waldorf kindergarten in the summer,with creative movement and circle games, watercolor painting, natural fiber handcrafts, baking, music, storytelling and puppet shows, and plenty of outdoor activities in the sunshine! For ages 4–6.

Circus Arts and Crafts Summer Camp
Come join the fun under the big top! Try your hand at tumbling, juggling, riding a unicycle and more. Work together to build a human pyramid, perform a clown act and play games. In the afternoon, we will work together to create your bag of tricks, design and sew fantastical costumes, hear amazing stories and revel in the world of circus. Taught by Eugene Waldorf School Movement teacher Erika Finstad and Handwork teachers Karen Tyler and Karen Clarke. For children Grades 1–5 (Ages 6–11).
