Office Coordinator
The Eugene Waldorf School is seeking an Office Coordinator. This position coordinates all of the school office needs in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a busy office environment, and a friendly demeanor. They will be skilled at interacting and warmly communicating with both children and adults. Other desired skills or qualities include: strong writing and grammar skills; highly organized and detail oriented; above average computer skills, the ability to learn new things quickly; personable; ability to multitask and work with frequent interruptions, and adept at handling first aid/medical needs. A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and a strong commitment to personal growth and responsibility is essential.
This is a part time hourly position (0.9 FTE/36 hours per week). Wage depends on education and experience, but the expected range is $16.82 - $21.32. Part time benefits include: Simple IRA with 2% employer contribution, tuition remission commensurate with FTE, paid sick and personal days. A bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Waldorf education is preferred. Early Childhood Lead Teacher - Robin’s Nest
We are seeking a lead teacher for the early childhood after school care program (Robin’s Nest) for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, imaginative, nurturing person to join our group of early childhood teachers who oversee the holding of 2.5 - 6 year old children; a creative teacher who speaks to the children in imaginative pictures, who has a connection with nature and who is not averse to rainy weather! We are seeking a teacher who can establish a healthy rhythm with warmth and joy.
This is a full time salaried position. Salary depends on education and experience but the anticipated annual salary range is between $40,666 - $43,266. After School Care Lead Teacher & Coordinator
We are seeking a part time Lead Teacher for our after school care program for grade school students for the 2026-27 school year. In addition to teaching in the afternoon, there will be some administrative/coordinating tasks as well. The ideal candidate will have their Waldorf teaching certificate, two years or more of teaching experience, be able to pass a fingerprinted background check, and have the skills necessary to do the administrative/coordinating part of the job.
